Project Description

Jeffery Aro worked with movement consultant Terry Notary and the rest of the Apes stunt team to build the action sequences for Stunt Coordinator Mike Mitchell and Director Rupert Wyatt in the film Rise of the Planet of the Apes. The stunt team worked with WETA to launch the first ever exterior digital capture volume. The hybrid of physical stunts and visual effects resulted in one of the most ground breaking science fiction projects of its era.
